Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

⚠ Do NOT upload your final manuscript to TrackChair. Once your PDF is validated and "Approved" within the IEEE PDF eXpress system, your camera-ready submission is officially complete.

Prior to submission, the final manuscript PDF file must be validated by IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure that it is IEEE Xplore-compliant. Upload the camera-ready paper to the PDF eXpress site.

  1. Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website.
  2. New users: select “Don’t have an account? Create account” and enter the Conference ID (below), your email address and a password. An online confirmation is displayed and an email confirmation is sent verifying your account setup.
  3. Returning users: if you have used PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus before, enter the same password used for previous conferences.
  4. Validate your PDF in the system. Once the status shows as "Pass", you MUST click the Checkmark icon (Approve) in the Action column. Your submission is complete only when the status changes to "Approved".
