Registration Deadlines

  • Full registration deadline: July 24, 2026
  • Student/Non-author registration deadline: July 24, 2026

 

Registration Policy

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference with FULL registration.
  • Each FULL registration covers only one paper for which the registrant is a co-author.
  • If a registrant is a co-author of multiple papers, a separate FULL registration is required for each paper.
  • Papers without at least one associated FULL registration by an author may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
  • Each registration includes access to the conference proceedings and program booklet, as well as admission to the welcome reception, conference lunches, and banquet.
  • Participants from Japan are requested to make payment in Japanese yen (JYP) to the APWCS 2026 bank account in Japan.
  • Participants from Taiwan are requested to make payment in New Taiwan dollars (TWD) to the APWCS 2026 bank account in Taiwan.
  • Participants from Singapore are requested to make payment in Singapore dollars (SGD) to the APWCS 2026 bank account in Singapore.
  • Participants from Korea and all other countries are requested to make payment in Korean won (KRW) to the APWCS 2026 bank account in Korea, or by credit card using the payment link provided below.

  • The payer's name should be identical to the registrant's name.
  • All bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the registrant.

Registration Guidelines

1. Payment of registration fee (Please complete the payment first before filling out the registration form (Google form)):

1a. Participants from Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore

Please remit the registration fee to the designated APWCS 2026 bank account in your country’s local currency (see the table above).

1b. Participants from Korea

Choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Option 1: Bank transfer in KRW to the Korean bank account  (see the table above).
  • Option 2: Credit card payment via the following links:

1c. Participants from All Other Countries

* After you finish filling out the above Google form, you will receive a confirmation email (the completed registration form).

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to the appropriate Finance Chair or Finance Co-chair.
  • Cancellation requests received on or before July 31, 2026 will be refunded 80% of the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after July 31, 2026.
